Cost
Sessions are $125 per 50-minute session. If I have seen you in the past at a modified fee please let me know and we can discuss options. I will honor previous fee agreements as much as possible.
Pay options?
I accept cash and checks. You may also pay with a credit card by going to
BridgesCounselingCenter.com and going to the Payment page, finding my name and paying in advance of our session. Unless prior arrangements have been made payment at time of service is expected.
I am accepting insurance on a very limited basis at this time. I have contracts with several EAP programs (through your employer) and with MH Net. Let me know when you call if you believe that you are eligible to use one of these programs.
Though I do not accept insurance directly, except as noted above, I will be happy to provide you a "super bill" each month. You can then submit this as a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement according to their policy. Please check with your insurance company in advance to determine their policy and procedures for paying an "out of network provider" as it varies greatly.
